The generic donation notification email is not adequate for us. We do not allow people to receive this email who do not need all the donor information contained in the automated thank you email that is sent to the donors. OLX works this way and we need the NXT donation forms to work the same. It adds steps to the process if all the information is not included. Adding a link to the donation form does not work for us so they can see donations that have come in because we do not give everyone access to donation forms. We have units within the university that need to be able to reach out to donors with a thank you separate from what our department does for them and to make it easy, the designee receives a copy of the email sent to the donor. The way it is now does not provide adequate information and those that need it do not always have access to Raiser's Edge to pull up the information. Please reconsider aligning this with how Online Express forms work. Until this is resolved, I will not be creating anymore NXT forms but will revert back to using OLX.
