Virtual meeting action category
Add a Zoom/Skype or some kind of virtual meeting action type, as these will become more commonplace in the future, other than the current choices of face-face meeting, phone call, email, mail.

Yes! We need this category. So: Zoom (&c.) meeting; In-person meeting; Phone call; Email; etc.
In today's enviornment, virtual meetings and in-person meetings are equaly important and both are the data/activities the mangement wants to track. It will be nice to have "Meeting" break into "Virtual Meeting" and "In-person Meeting."
I'm curious about this suggestion. Do you want a new category or a new type? You can already change the type - that is unique to your organization. A meeting is a meeting regardless of whether it was via Zoom or in person. I guess I'm trying to understand how you will use this information moving forward.

This would be great. My work around in the meantime is Meeting with "Virtual" as the location. Agree with guest of 7/12 that we need a text option too.
Adding 'video chat' and 'text' options to the action category will be ongoing tools (16 months ago, now and in the future) to engage our prospects and donors. (and... in adding these categories will provide simple logistics to provide clarity to each of our metrics for our given institutions)
