As a development officer, I interact with alumni more than just through in person, phone, and email. It would be beneficial to be able to record the messages that get exchanged via LinkedIn messaging or via Facebook Messenger when someone contacts our organization page. Right now, we log this under email, but it doesn't accurately give us the metrics to go back and analyze. 

Adding a "Social Media" option for action type and then putting in the forum would be great.
