New Action Type: Text Message

The use of texting to engage with donors has become increasingly popular at our institution. Our gift officers and their supervisor would love to see "Text Message" as an action type.

    This would be awesome. More and more donors indicate that texting is their preferred method of communication.

    This would be extremely helpful to our MG team. We are seeing an increase of text messaging as the action type, and we are limited to coding these interactions as either phone calls or emails, either of which would be innacurate.
