We are actively growing our text solicitation program, as are many organizations. We need to be able to easily query on text actions to enhance our efforts without having to use Task/Other then filter.

I find it interesting that you are offering text messaging campaign webinars but don't have text as an action category. Please add this so fundraisers can be accurate with how they are communicating with their prospects.

This would be awesome. More and more donors indicate that texting is their preferred method of communication.

This would be extremely helpful to our MG team. We are seeing an increase of text messaging as the action type, and we are limited to coding these interactions as either phone calls or emails, either of which would be innacurate.
