Add the ability to text message constituents

We would love to have the ability to text message event attendees out of RE. Is this even being considered?

Other donor software already has this capability: https://www.donorperfect.com/PDF/dpText_Brochure.pdf

Sometimes I miss my days with DonorPerfect :(
