Gift officers are contacting constituents via a variety of means, and keeping track of how is important for determining responsiveness and preferred methods of communication. Since social media links can be attached to the constituent profile, it would be nice to either be able to tag those links as the email address under the email action type, or to have a separate action category of social media.
