I noticed with your recent upgrade to NXT that I now have to click the arrow on the right side of an action to see the solicitor to whom that action is assigned. Too bad, it seems to be an unnecessary additional step. Previously, the associated solicitor with that action appeared in parentheses next to the action type. Is there a way for me to change the view back so that I can eliminate this additional click? I know this is a "first world problem."
This change seems completely pointless and has added too many additional steps. Before the change we were able to look at several actions at once and quickly know exactly who was responsible for what. Now we need to make several or more clicks to figure this out. This is an extreme drag and already caused some confusion among staff. I can't express how strongly I'd like this change to be reverted.
I'm getting complaints from my gift officers about this one. It is really unfortunate to add additional work for a quick check. My gift officers look at actions on constituent records to quickly assess who's done what and now they have to take extra time to open the additional info each time they want to know, when it used to all be available at a quick glance. This kind of "upgrade" causes problems and frustrates my colleagues. Please consider adding the fundraiser detail back tot he quick summary info on constituent records.
This change also prohibits the solicitor from seeing the beginning of the action (sneak peek), which necessitates us having to open the action to review. The old format was much more user friendly.
This change has really been difficult to work with. We frequesntly review actions quickly at a first glance. Please revert back to the original format! thank you
Please Note - this change has created a lot of extra keystrokes. What was easily reviewable now requires a click to maximize & a click to minimize.
Please change this back so the solicitor(s) assigned is apparent at a glance. Category, type, date, summary, solicitor, even a sneak peek at the Note text would be helpful.
Thank you!
