This would be useful when more than one user needs to work on the same email template at the same time. The notification can be similar to the notification that is used in Raiser's Edge databaseview when an additional user tries to access a constituent record that is currently opened by another user. Currently when 2 users are working on the same email template neither user is aware and that creates a major problem for the secondary user who is unaware all their hardwork is not saved and is overwritten by the primary user (first to open the template).
