This is SO needed and a huge gap in RE's functionality. Or implementing something similar to the receipting functionality, where we could easily automate and send pledge reminders within RE. I'm honestly surprised this hasn't been added to NXT.
I run a report each month in Database View and cannot locate this report in Dashboard View. The report I run from Database View is: Reports / Pledge & Recurring Gifts Reports / Activity Report / Monthly Pledge Reminders (that uses an existing query). I use this report in conjunction with the monthly pledge reminders I export from Database View and print on company letterhead per our internal policy.
I can see Pledge & Recurring Gift Reports / Pledge Status Report, but that is not helpful to me as the report I use is not listed on the right where the reports are saved. I tried to recreate the report, but many of the fields/criteria/filter settings are not the same.
We also produce all of our tax receipts on Foundation letterhead, so exporting to Word or being able to format/produce letters in RENXT to then print on letterhead is a must for us.
We are a relatively small nonprofit and many of our donors do not prefer emailed receipts, but can see how beneficial that may be to others.
This is essential--why hasn't there been any movement on this? It would make every fundraiser's life so much easier if we could automate pledge reminders. The email template functionality is mostly already there with Email Receipts. Merge fields we'd absolutely need for Pledge Reminders, would be the Fund/Campaign, the Pledge Balance, and ideally, Pledge Installment Schedule. More merge options would be better, but even that would be a game changer!

BUMP - we are in the middle of a capital campaign and NEED to be able to send pledge reminders over the three years.

I agree. This would be helpful either as an email or as a PDF (like the giving statements).
This would be so helpful to those of us who fundraise corporations who need to see an "invoice"
