It would be great to be able to send ad-hoc NXT emails directly from the constituent record. For example, if I have pre-defined supporter care emails (upgrade thankyou, cancellation, etc) set up in NXT, I would like to be able to finish a conversation with a donor and shoot off a nice NXT email straight away, from their record. I've tried doing this using the workflow emails, but as a constituent can only receive a workflow email once, this doesn't always work.
