I recently found out that only users who have the security to merge duplicate profile can see an orange tag in web view alerting there is a possible duplicate in the system.

I believe this feature should be available to all users so anyone can alert the database manager about the duplicate.

If people cannot see there is duplicate, they could potentially be under the wrong constituent profile or not have the "whole picture" to address a situation.

Duplicate is a major issue for organizations and the more people are aware of the possible existing ones, the better.
