Option to Disable reCAPTCHA for NXT Donation Forms

We've run into a situation where the reCAPTCHA popped up several times, even with correct picture identification, before allowing a legitomate payments to be made using BBMS as the payment processor. Having the option to disable the reCAPTCHA option would be a benefit to our organization.

    RENXT donation and Event forms are unuseable without the ability to disable this. In our internal testing, users failed the recaptcha 50% of the time and could not sbumit payment.
