Please add feature for refund via RE NXT

As RE NXT is adding new features along the way, I would like to see if the feature of directly refunding a transaction can be an option. That way, we are not manually looking into having to going to different portals just to do this transaction (BBMS to refund, then back to database view to do the manual return of the gift). I would to see the systems speak to each other rather than having to login to different systems to do one action.

    We have a similar issue with automated Direct debit gifts. If the gift is declined after a few days the gift amount in RE NXT doesn't update to $0. The status updates to declined, but not the amount. The amount cannot be adjusted currently in Webview and requires an update from the database view. It would be particularly useful if the amount could also sync with the status update to RENXT or have an easy way in Webview to update the amount, seeing as Database view will not be available this time next year.
