I lost a donor because I was unable to edit his gift and it forced him to go, once again, to our website and put in all his banking information again. This is a HUGE oversight on your part. Don't roll out NXT and expect us to use it when it's not even functional. OR at best, make it so we can at LEAST amend it in DB view when it comes through an NXT donor form.
