We need a credit card donation form our staff and volunteers can use in-house during annual fundraisers that doesn't require being logged into our Blackbaud account as users.

NXT / Tools / Donation Form Designer would work great except for the reCAPTCHA feature. The requirement of reCAPTCHA at the end is likely to lock out all our users within minutes as we submit hundreds of credit card gifts per day from the same office building with one public IP address. And if we're not blocked by Google, answering the reCAPTCHA challenge questions slows things down too much. It would be great to have an option to switch off reCAPTCHA so staff could use the NXT forms during fundraisers.

History:

In 2020, we accomplished this successfully using a form generated by Online Express. However, we have found that Online Express cannot handle a high volume of credit card gifts without crashing during batch creation (which causes our gifts to disappear but not be entered into Raiser's Edge). During our last two fundraisers, Online Express crashed and hid the gifts something like 10 times and we had to wait up to two weeks to have support make the gifts visible again. So we're looking for an Online Express alternative so we don't have to contact support to restore hundreds of credit card gift records.

We also tried creating a donation form with SKY API, but that form doesn't offer an option for recurring gifts. It can only handle one-time gifts (without developing our own system to submit tokenized credit card gifts that is external of Blackbaud RENXT). Most of our constituents set up recurring gifts but are elderly and prefer to call in with their annual renewal.
