Allow the option of making recurring gifts the default on donation forms.
On NXT donations forms, a one time gift is the default, and this cannot be changed. Organizations should be able to select which is the default - one time or recurring.

My org has sent out appeals to get donors on board with recurring gift giving before. OLX has the option to make recurring gifts the default on a form. NXT forms need to do this too.
