Add the ability to see constituent id with name and address when searching in RE NXT

Currently when searching in RENXT I see the constituents name and address. I'd like to be able to see their constituent id as well to distinguish between same or similar name constituents more easily. I have that option in the database view to show constituent id in title bar for individual and org records but not in web view.
