New Global Name Format Setting: Provide Constituent ID Option

The new global setting for constituent name formats is an improvement on the previous, but it would be greatly improved for my team if we could force the constituent ID to appear, perhaps in parentheses. The ID is really hard to find on the constituent page in NXT!

(This idea is to separate it from the old "allow custom name formats" ideas and is in addition to an idea for being able to point to a specific addressee/salutation format.)

At my last org, I created an Additional Salutation that looked like this:
Hernandez, Robert Carlos "Bob", Jr. & Hernandez, Wendy - 456789

If Wendy was deceased, this would be indicated by parentheses:
Hernandez, Robert Carlos "Bob", Jr. (& Hernandez, Wendy) - 456789

This way, Wendy's name still appears, which helps when Bob's dad, Robert, is in the database, and especially when his son, Robbie, is also in the database.  I used this Salutation a lot in lists and reports, because it prevented my coworkers from continually asking which Robert it is, it's easy to alphabetize, and it was a quick way to include entire name & spouse name without 5+ fields.
