My organization has three departments that would like to use NXT Marketing to send emails, to very different stakeholders; donors, volunteers, and program participants. I am concerned that the fields currently auto populated with unsubscribe/opt outs may cross contaminate among departments. Like, a volunteer unsubscribing from an email intended for donors. I understand the necessity of maintaining clean data, but there is inevitable overlap. I would love the option to specify a few separate "send as" categories that recipients would be unsubscribing from independently.
