Export list of emails in NXT Email Marketing (eg. unsubscribed, bounced, unopened)

We would like to be able to export lists from the NXT email marketing..

The export would allow us to be able to resend an email to those who have not opened the email.  (See RENXT-I.-2188 Add "unopened" in the sent mails stats for NXT email marketing)

Or add an action/note to constituent records (eg. e-mail bounced. received and opened mailing, etc.)

Constant Contact allows you to automatically resend marketing emails to unopens. That would be a nice option

Agreed, an "inactive" marker letting us know we do not have a good email address would be very helpful.

This is such a problem! This is basic email marketing functionality for even the simplest of email tools. Blackbaud, please prioritize this!

Yes, it would be very, very helpful to be able to create a complete list of "unsubscribes" that can be downloaded at once or better yet created as a file that would suppress those records from any emails being sent through RE NXT.

However, in the meantime, you may find it helpful to configure RE so unsubscribes are coded as "Do Not Contact" of DNS in RE. Then you can query a list of constituents who are listed as DNS but don't yet have the box checked for "Requests no email" or a solicit code that would exclude that constituent from receiving an email. And then take that list and apply it to an export to see which constituents could have their records coded at one time through import. This way you could remove the bulk of the manual process of exporting individual unsubscribe lists.

Yes, we used the resend to non-opens option in Mailchimp all the time! Being able to get a list of unopened as well as opened would be great.

Our company would benefit from this as well. We feel like we have to go to a third party to get this functionality. But if this was at least an option to export we could create our own reports to analyze this.

This is a crucial function - sometimes personal follow up to unsubscribe request clarify what they don't want - like Event emails vs. newsletters, etc, also there could be situations where they just don't want the email going to their work, vs. home.

Also - if marketing is using another vendor - like MailChimp, we need to be able to forward this list to them so they don't inadvertently email them after the unsubscribe request.

    Thanks.

I agree! This email feature in NXT is very limiting and not very useful. The constituent record should be automatically updated when an email is sent. If that email bounces, it should update the record as a bounce. I currently manually enter any bounces.

You also need to be able to export a list and tailor the list (exclude people you don't want to email) and then re-import your custom list. The all or nothing approach doesn't work for me. I like to send specific repeat donors , bigger donors, ones we know personally, etc... different information. I don't want everyone lumped into one list.

We really really really really really need this.  It's such a pain to search through all the bounces to find out if someone has bounced and then disappeared from the email list, especially if you don't know when they last received an email address.

PLEASE add the Email statistics to each constituent record! I am amazed this is not happening. Some emails are an Ask (need to add as an Appeal on the constituent record) and some are informational like a Welcome (need to add as an Action).  There needs to be a status too that updates like it is in Marketing statistics (sent, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed etc.) We want to add these into the fundraiser statistics but now we have to export the names and then import into the donor records which makes no sense- we were already doing it this way in constant contact.
