Hello! We are using the new online donation forms in NXT. It would be very helpful if we could have more control over when a new constituent is created or not. Ideally, we would be able to see the constituent data from the donation form in the batch view, and then review those that were not auto matched with a constituent to determine if we need to create one or not.
We just switched to NXT forms and the duplicate situation is becoming a nightmare. Organizations end up with individual records and we need to find them, convert, then merge and delete! I would love to see more control.
Would love to use these improved forms.
This is a common thing I hear from clients when discussing their options with them for donation forms. I would say this is the number one thing preventing people from adopting RENXT forms. Would really love to see this option added.
Can't use it without this.
Yes, I have zero duplicates and would rather take the time up front to verify the gifts than have them entered in a wrong or duplicate record. That would be a nightmare. The current attempted AI, even for 'correcting' addresses, is always wrong.
I have been hesitant to move gift processing to web view. I was almost ready to do it after taking a BBU training on batch and recurring gifts in NXT...but the risk of creating duplicates is not worth it.
Please provide the control, flexibility & function to determine when a record is created to the Gift Management Batch functions in RENXT. Because of this lack of control & inability to use Gift Attributes, we cannot consider moving our gift processing to RENXT or take advantage of the standalone Donation Form option available in RENXT Donation Form Designer.
This is a huge barrier to using RENXT Gift Management for gift batching. Please change this so that the control over record creation is in the hands of the gift processor just as it is when using Batch in the database view.
Yes please! This is the one reason that we do not use NXT forms.
