It is ridiculous to be able to send a marketing email from RENXT but NOT have it then save into Actions to the recipients/constituents. Unreal that these systems are not connected. Disappointed. Anxious to hear when a solution is offered. I hope I am just missing something...
I agree. I used Network for Good at my previous job. It was a big help to be able to see, at a glance, in a constituent's record, all my email blast and personal email communications with that person. The solution RENXT offers (create a list of recipients of an email, then go to the DB version and globally add the action) is a time-consuming workaround that I will not do. Not only because it's a giant hassle, but because then the info about the emails I've sent just becomes one more thing in the long list of actions related to the constituent. Not helpful.
