A great thing about RENXT is that we can store a ton of information about our donors. It would be great if we could pull all that information to help personalize our emails to our constituents, but the limited merge tags in the email module now does not allow for that and limits our ability to connect with our donors.

For example, allowing to merge attribute fields, pledge information, the different naming options we have for them, etc.
