Your users need access to the list of "unusable" or "suppressed" emails that have bounced too many times from the email marketing client. These individuals are no longer receiving mass emails, but there's nowhere to get a list of who they are, short of reconciling each mass email's query List with the "Recipients" list, which is cumbersome.
Access to suppressed/unusable/too many bounces email addresses is a common feature in mass email clients and should be available in RENXT as well.
I just spent more than a month with RE Support trying to figure out why a group of my constituents were not sent a mission critical mass email when they had preferred email addresses and were properly appearing in the List. They had not unsubscribed, etc. One support person looked to see if they were on the blacklist, etc. It was a wild goose chase.
Turns out they had just bounced too many times, and were now coded "unusable" by the email client, but that information isn't available to your users, so it just looks like a bug. It wasted hours of our agency's time and your staff time. This feature would be fantastic to add!
Yes- we have constituents who have unsubscribed from our emails and when they register for an event, we can't see that they aren't receiving the email with online event information they need. We need to be able to access a list of constituents whose records have been excluded from NXT marketing emails due to meeting suppression criteria.
This is critical information. We have been using Online Express to send messages and switched to use the web view Email Marketing tool earlier this year because it allows us to send to a specific email type. However, now we have lost access to a pivotal piece of data.
