Mark a no-show guest who has RSVP'd Yes as "not attended"

It's not uncommon for someone attending an event to tell us at the nametag table that their spouse/guest will not be able to make it. It would be helpful to be able to immediately indicate in RE NXT that they are "not attended" and not not-yet-marked-as-attended.
