Send different confirmation emails to users based on whether they are attending or not attending the event

If the "Allow Users to RSVP No" is enabled on event registrations, those registrants would receive the same confirmation email as those who are attending the event. There should be a way to segment the confirmation emails to those who bought a ticket/registered and are attending the event versus those that rsvped no to the event.

Very important feature that should be added!

Love that there is an option to RSVP "No", but unfortunately it is useless and can't be implemented if they receive an email saying "Thank you for registering, here are details about the event..." I tried to set up a separate form just for declines, but it is awkward to have 2 different links and still a cumbersome 3-step process, which makes sense if the same form is doing double-duty but not so much if it is ONLY serving to be a declined invitation.

Wow I didn't realize it was doing this. How dumb. I will remove it from our event forms.

And we need to have the option to email a confirmation to guests that are registered by another person. It still just emails the person who registered others, and then they may not know they need to forward the email they get to multiple other people.

Just got a confused email from a donor who responded "No" to an event because I can't have different email confirmations! I don't know why there are so few votes on this idea but this really needs to be added to event management. Without this feature, it causes confusion for people who RSVP'd "No" to an event because I can't send an appropriate response!

Please! It would be super helpful to be able to customize email response based on RSVP response and be able to disable confirmation emails based on their response. Donors who give regrets donations should not receive the same confirmation receipt as the registrants. Also, would be fantastic to be able to have different confirmations based on registration fee/selection would be a great option

There's no point in having a "RSVP No but give anyway" option if there's no way to send them an appropriate email response. All it does is result in a lot of confused donors with confused calls. This is an incredible oversight on the development end.

it would be helpful to have a receipt that corresponds to the level of sponsorship with the appropriate tax information and if someone sends a donation either as an extra gift or because they are not attending to have a customized receipt for that as well.

This is so important for donor stewardship. Donors who give regrets donations should not receive the same confirmation receipt as the registrants.

Along with this, it'd be nice to be able to disable confirmation emails based on their response.

We have had to spend additional time managing those who have been confused by receiving the confirmation email. We need the option to customise the message for those who decline.

    Yes, 100%!

The fact that those that decline the event, get the same email thanking them for registering, with all the events details is rediculous.

Please, please, please include an option in the event set up for people that RSVP No, to not receive a registration confirmation email.

It would be great to be able to customize based on the form they complete and the response they enter.
