We use 'user defined rules' to make a pop up messages come up on constituent records when users open the record. The message will shows up on any record in a defined query. We would like to have similar functionality. Perhaps using the alert box in NXT?
100 percent agree with Julie. We need messages which will pop up based on critiera. We have constantly changing groups who need these tags.
In addition the advantage to UDRs is that only the database administrator can modify them. The annotation box can be edited or deleted by anyone with editing access in RE.
We need messages to appear in web view when the constituent meets query criteria. Globally or manually adding alerts does notmeet our needs. We would have to constantly manage those whivh defeats the purpose.
