Use query to limit records in Reporting and Dashboard functions in NXT

The hard coded filters don't include all fields we could use to create dashboards or reports and so pulling from a query would enable us to have more custom dashboards

    As a currently example, query would enable filtering on gift sub-type for example in the dashboards, as we would like to be able to distinguish between donations, event and merchandise payments in the analysis of who has donated for the first time for an appeal. Even if someone has paid for an event before, we would consider them a new donor the first time they made a donation.
