Email Action to Someone

As one staff person creates a new action in NXT, it would be great to simply email it to someone else as a notification. I know you would be able to tag someone else, but it might still slip through the cracks, if a staff member is not using their work center on a daily basis or in that way. It looks like you can simply copy and paste the action into an email, but it would be nice to simply hit a button to generate this.

Yes, agree this would be very helpful since as a consultant I use about 3 other CRMs.

This would help with overall communication between gift officers, as well as their managers. It should be just a quick click!

Hey there. Thanks for this suggestion. I just wanted to point out that since you posted this idea, we have implemented "add to calendar" functionality that might help a little with what you are trying to accomplish. It's not exactly what you mention, but one thing you could have the action creator do is download the ICS file and email that directly to the person who is assigned the action as an attachment. The ICS file will add the appointment to their calendar and contains a link to the action record in NXT. Again, not exactly what you mentioned, but wanted to point it out in case it helps!
