I would like to propose adding the action note author to action notes on NXT side Merged

I have fundraisers on the go , calling me to check and see who contacted their donor because they are unable to log into RE at that moment. By not knowing who called and more details about why the donor was called , the fundraiser needs to delay their contact attempt.
