Several of my clients have the Marketing/Email functionality now in NXT.  When creating a new email you can't base it off a previously sent email - this functionality is extremely useful in Online Express for routinely sent customized emails.  But to have to create from scratch each time is not useful or functional.  Also I added this under LISTS, there needs to be a category for "Marketing" created on the idea bank.
