As I play around with the Gmail add-on for RE NXT, I notice that as an email recipient, I can't add an email chain to the record of a donor copied on that chain - only the sender can add an email to a donor record. It seems like any employee of my organization who is copied on an email should be able to add that chain to the record of any donor also copied on the chain. Especially in small non-profit offices, the Development Director may not always be the one adding emails to the notes/actions field, even if they are the ones sending the emails to major donors originally.
