Add work email to individual relationship record of an org in RE NXT for individual who has an individual constituent record

I want to add the work email of person who has an individual record to their individual relationship record in the organization record of the organization they work for. I'm shocked that RE NXT doesn't allow me to do this! It's a defect, as far as I'm concerned.
