In order to search for a constituent in NXT, you now have to click on the "magnifying glass" which is on the upper right hand side.  That then opens the search bar on the upper left side.  Once you find the record, the search bar closes, meaning that you have to open the magnifying glass on the far right hand side, to open the search bar on the upper left-hand side.

Please keep the search bar continuously open and eliminate the need to open the magnifying glass each time . .  or at least move the magnifying glass to where the search bar actually opens . . .
