People searching for a constituent must click to the far right (magnifyer icon) and then type a name in the left side, and then RE NXT puts suggestions below the name, and in order for the user to pick the constituent, it must move the cursor all the way from the right side of the screen to the name.  The request is to minimize the mouse movement and keep it in a logical area.  I term this mousernomics.  And it also makes it frustrating when the area for typing in goes away before I ever type the name which it does on occasion.
