Currently you have to enter a Constituents EXACT name in order for the data to pull in NXT. This is creating multiple duplicates. A search should pull up anything relatively close to what you are looking for. Changing the search results to mirror the way data is searched in the Database View would make it easier and cut down on creating duplicates.
