Use the same formula to manage duplicate constituents in NXT and Database View.

The duplicate search criteria should be the same whether in Web View or Database View. The option to define search criteria is no longer available in Database View. It seems that there was no review of functionality in Database View when building the duplicate constituent functionality in NXT. Both views should return the same results, especially for identical First and Last Names.

    WebView Duplicate Management is nowhere near the Database version. In WebView after the recent import I get 3527 possible duplicates, in Database View 17780! Sure Database View has tons of false positives, but... on some very obvious duplicates (for example a spouse existing as its own constituent and as spouse, same name, same address) Database finds it, WebView not.

    This is VERY important, WebView would lead us to send a mailing twice to the same person.
