Outlook add-in to work with specific e-mail types (eg. Work, home, secretary vs email, email1, email2)

If we change the e-mail types from Email, Email1, email2, etc to more descriptive e-mail types such as work, home, secretary, daughter, etc then the outlook integration can not find the e-mail address and does not work.

    I would have thought that Outlook integration would look at any Phone Type that is Configured as an email.
