Often times we communicate with the spouse of a constituent - we'd like to be able to use the NXT Add In to enter the action but it won't "find" the record because the spouse is not a constituent.  It should search ALL emails in the  system and give me the option of which constituent(s) linked to that record via that email I want to add it to.
