Outlook App should attempt to create matches with non-constituent records - i.e. individual relationships

I recently added the outlook integration app for NXT. Many of my accounts are organization accounts with multiple individual relationships attached to them. The RE:NXT app in Outlook currently only looks at constituent emails to find a match. If I want to attach an email to an organizational record, I need to add extra data to the database: either duplicating the email from the individual relationship on the org1 email tab, or converting all my individual relationship records to constituent records. Neither solution is all that appetizing, because of the time involved and the number of duplicate records it would require me to create.

Is it possible to modify the app so that it searches the constituents first and then searches relationship records?

Over the last two weeks, I've discussed this twice with Evan Robles and Jim Wise in support - case# 13844833.

I completely agree and was about to add an idea for this myself when I saw you had already added it. It have promoted this add in to our users who are not good at adding actions only to have them say "it is not finding records when I know they are in RE". This is the problem.
