We need to be able to exclude or include certain e-mail types depending on what we are sending out. We need to exclude e-mails that we have marked as old/bad e-mail for example and be able to select which e-mail it chooses and if we only want it to go to one e-mail on a record or multiple. Currently, it appears the system chooses the first e-mail on the record regardless of type.
Was there any follow up with this? We're still looking to send to more than one e-mail type on the constituent record.
I reviewed what is now an option to choose the email type you want to send to. However, not all of our records have an email marked as Primary so I wonder what that would do if we selected that option and they did not have one marked as Primary. Also, sometimes we may want to choose more than one type of e-mail. By old/bad e-mail, these are e-mail addresses that we know are no longer valid. Not all may have come to be marked that way by means of bouncing. In addition, we have an "Unsubscribed e-mail" type when individuals do not want to receive e-mail at a particular address.
Hi, We recently added the ability to choose which email type you want to send to per email job. Can you tell me more about what you mean by excluding old/bad email? Do you mean inactive or bounced addresses? If so, email in RENXT is going to automatically exclude those if they are marked as inactive or have bounced before. Thank you!
