Hi David - 

I believe this functionality already exists and we use it ourselves fairly regularly, but maybe I'm misunderstanding?

When we locate the constituent record using the outlook plugin, we have a drop down menu which lists all Opportunities that are held against that Constituent Record. We pick the opportunity that we want and it links the action to that Opportunity.

This causes the actions to appear under the Opportunity when you view it.

Is this the functionality you're looking for?

James, one can certainly do that after the action is added to RENXT, but for the sake of efficiency it would be helpful not to have to do that extra step.

We're waiting for our Exchange server to be updated before we get the outlook integration.  Can you not add the action and then assign it to the Opportunity?
