Stop using period as delimiter in automatic attachment upload names.

When a user goes to add an attachment to Raiser's Edge NXT, dragging and dropping a file into NXT will automatically import the file name as the name of the attachment. However, the attachment name is cut off after the first instance of a period in the file name.

My organization's document naming scheme includes the use of a period in a number of places, especially for document dates.

I understand how this feature might be helpful for removing appended filetype information (.pdf, .excl, .doc, etc.), but I actually like seeing that information in the file name. Additionally, I think it creates an extra level of quite unnecessary work for my fundraisers. Would you consider removing this feature or giving the option to toggle off?

I don't care for using periods in filenames, but I would love to see the file extension appear in the filename.
