There is not an option that is available to currently mass delete attachments/media files. This is important since "a media object syncs once from the RE NXT Database View to the Web View. Afterwards, edits made within the object after it's embedded and synced do not carry over after the initial sync." This is said in Blackbaud Article Number: 191873
