Add county to display, filtering, output options in NXT Merged

Please add the county to the display, filtering, and output options in NXT so that we can utilize areas of locations by county.  We often create lists and look constituents up by locations and the county is heavily utilized.

    We really need this field to be visible in NXT for our field staff as well.  Very important.

    I just had someone ask me how to use the Address Filter based on county. We tried to draw the county outline but it came up with wildly different results than a database query using the county filter on preferred address. (It was off by about 10%!) We'd love to have County as one of the address filters with city, state, and ZIP.

    We are a statewide organization and our entire operation is organized and run by county. Our MGO's have county based assignments so a county filter in lists is GREATLY needed!
