Seeing the field on the record, the summary info on lists and everywhere else is critical. Also filtering by county on all reports and lists is imperative. Using Address Accelerator to add counties globally in WebView is also important.

Yes, even though in the United States, county is not required by the postal service for mailing purposes, it IS an important consideration for mail segmentation, funding/grants are often very specifically limited to certain counties, as are statistics that we need to pull for various purposes. Please add county in NXT for US customers. Many of us who switched recently to Raiser's Edge have not used it much in DB view ONLY because it is not yet visible in NXT so addresses added in NXT never have it included for filtering and fundraisers can't see it on the constituent record anyway.

Please add the County field to the Web View and have it auto-populate?

This field is really important because a lot of our daily data pulls depend on the county information being accurate. Having it auto-filled will help reduce errors and save time, since the data already exists and is used in other parts of our system.

Would be great to prioritize this, thanks!

Once again, still a much-needed feature.

    Yes absolutely would be beneficial.

We rely heavily on counties to know who to invite to events.

I suppose we can stumble along with zip codes but this will be extremely cumbersome. The query by drawing on map which available in webview Lists does not cover this gap since it only checks the primary address and not second homes or business.

As the manager of our database, we are required to provide alumni reporting to various agencies on number of alumni by COUNTY for various data points. Without having that critical information readily available in NXT, especially when DB view is no longer will have a huge impact on this need!

My organization must have this feature in web view.

County code is critical for our alumni distribution reports as well as region event invites

Hey Blackbaud - there are a few ideas in Idea Bank about this. Could you combine them all into this one?

I have a couple clients who use this field and others that are missing from web view addresses (Info source and region). It is imperative that these fields get moved over.

This is critical! Much of our reporting incorporates County. We use it to strategize events, for list pulls, and there is non-negotiable government mandated reporting for our SOM which requires it to be part of our data. This needs to be on the Contact tile as well as available in ALL query, export, list, etc. PLEASE!

There are a lot of fundraisers who do not adopt webview, but then provide a lot of excuses and not actual reasons. This is a true reason why webview is not useful for some organizations. I know it may not be a concern for the majority of organizations, but it would be a gamechanger for some.

Adding County as a data entry field in webview, AND including it is a field in lists is imperative.

County is essential for segmentation and reporting for the counties we cover versus those we don't and it has been exhausting to trying to work around this.

We MUST have counties as that is how we query on almost everything we do. We need to coordinate our donors and volunteers this way.

The county and region are essential for us as we report out to the Board on where our donations are coming from and also where our donor dollars are being spent

The strange thing is that "County" is an available filter in Insight Builder which is accessible in NXT, but we need to go behind the database view curtain to add a value to the field.

It's not acceptable that County is of one of the many fields provided by NCOA (which BB insists be run quarterly to remain compliant with USPS regs) yet does not synchronize from database view to WebView. If BB is not going to show one of the most important address fields that is provided with the (paid data enrichment) Address Accelerator function, them AA would be provided for free. Bottom line is that 98% of human and social service agencies base their programs on the client's county location. It must be shown in NXT

This field is critical as we are a statewide organization with county programs. Therefore, a majority of our donor reporting is by county. We cannot fully switch to RENXT until this field is available in web view (we have the county field required in database view).
