Our organization works in Latin America and has many constituents with special characters in their name. Right now, our organization just adds a "without accents" alias so that we can properly search for them and not accidentally add the constituent twice. It would be great, though, if the name would still pop up if we search a name and accidentally forget one of the characters.

Example: Jorge Echeverría Muñoz or João Guimarães Rosa and we could search Jorge Echeverria and Joao Guimaraes
