Add Ethnicity as a filter option in Constituent Lists

We search for people a lot based on where they work, their gender, ethnicity, class year, etc. Would be great to have all those (and more) available as list filters

Hey everyone! Thanks for the feedback on this. It's a fairly broad request which, as it sits today, is at least partially implemented (Class of, for example, is a filterable field on lists now!). And in general, you can rest assured that we will be adding more and more filter options to lists over time. For now, I am going to change this idea to be more specific (Filter lists based on Gender and Ethnicity). If there are needs/requests for other specific filters that you would like to make sure we're aware of (like communication preferences), I would ask that you go ahead and create a separate idea for it so we don't end up with just an ever-expanding, never completed idea to make list filtering better. :)

Also we need to be able to filter out solicit codes/communication preferences. I'm building lists in order to get base numbers for my participation reports and I want to be able to filter out those who we don't solicit. It would also be nice to have that as a filter in retention reports. I love being able to pull a quick list of LYBUNTS, but then I need to save the list as a static query in RE in order to be able to pull out the people who we can't solicit and/or send mail to. The filters that are available are very limiting.
