This is critical for events, we want to keep track of attendance but sometimes have guests at an event unrelated to a constituent guest in attendance, we don't need to make a record for them.

The events team at our organization does not want to add every event participant as a full RE constituent. Not everyone invited is a guest of someone or guest of an organization. Some participants they want to invite to events, but they know the participant may not warrant being made into a full RE constituent at this time. Adding unnecessary RE records adds a lot of junk RE records and increases our database numbers, with records that we might not ever do anything else with. Our organization operates in a wide geographic area and have many large events with a lot of participants within a year. Our events team prefers more control and options, than less control and options for working events. You currently CAN do this in Database view, add non-guest event participants that are not full constituents to events as participants. But you CANNOT do this in RE NXT Web View, yet. I have been going back and forth between web view and Database view because of this, and to do what our events team requests. Please fix and change! Thank you.

We have made a fake constituent named "Event Attendee" that we add these non-constituent participants to because we didn't want to add a bunch of stub records at the door. This would make it easier for us in the long run to be able to choose if it is a full record or a participant only record when adding folks to events. Our workaround is fine, but not ideal!

We have non-constituents who are participants and can add them in DBV. This is definitely needed in NXT

This is desperately needed- to add a full constituent at the time of check in is WAY TOO TIME CONSUMING and causes HUGE backups in the line!
