Change date format in webview donation forms to UK format for UK users
It would be useful for UK users to be able to have the UK date format on the webview donation forms, ie. DD/MM/YYY.

It would be useful for UK users to be able to have the UK date format on the webview donation forms, ie. DD/MM/YYY.
Guest
The date format is displayed based on the donor's browser language. Today, UK donors with their browsers set to English (UK) see date displayed in the proper UK format - DD/MM/YYYY.
Note: This will NOT be displayed as such in the admin view, but WILL in the donor view.
